About the Designer - I'm Stephanie, the founder of Grandview Collective

THE SPARK:

It began with a teenage obsession. I was the high schooler staying up way too late hand-coding MySpace layouts and creating digital art in media classes. I fell in love with the Adobe Suite early on, studied Communication and Design in college, and never looked back.

THE FIRST BUSINESS (RECKLESS CRUSH):

In 2010, I founded Reckless Crush, a jewelry and accessories brand. For seven years, I wore every hat, from designer, to marketer, and CEO. I scaled the business from hand-sewing purses to wholesaling in boutiques and landing features in magazines. I know the hustle because I’ve lived it.

THE STRATEGY:

While running my business, I also spent 15+ years working inside marketing and customer success teams for tech startups and corporate firms. I wasn't just making things "look pretty" - I was learning how to communicate value and connect with customers on a psychological level.

THE PIVOT:

By 2017, I was ready to focus on what I loved most: the design and the strategy. I transitioned from Reckless Crush to Grandview Collective with one clear "why": to build a flexible, creative career that would support me becoming a full-time mom.

HOW IT’S GOING:

That dream is now my daily reality. Based in sunny San Diego, I pour that unique blend of founder-grit and corporate-strategy into building brands for clients worldwide. I’m here to help you build a business that looks as professional as you are - and feels just as good as it looks.
